These terms govern your use of the website at flowstateconsulting.com and the mobile apps published by Flow State Technologies ("we," "us"), including MyCaddyMan and SafelySolo (together, "the services"). By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1Using the services

You may use the services for their intended, lawful purpose. You agree not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in ways we haven't authorized. App-store use is also subject to the terms of Apple's App Store and Google Play, as applicable.

2Intellectual property

The services, including their design, text, and software, are owned by Flow State Technologies and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps as provided; we don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

3No warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

4SafelySolo is not an emergency service

SafelySolo is a convenience tool to help you notify people you choose — it is not an emergency response service and is not a substitute for calling emergency services such as 911. Its alerts depend on factors outside our control, including your device's battery and settings, location accuracy, cellular or internet connectivity, and delivery by third-party carriers and messaging providers. Messages may be delayed, undelivered, or inaccurate. Do not rely on SafelySolo as your only means of getting help in a genuine emergency. If you are in danger, contact emergency services directly.

5Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow State Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the services, including any failure or delay of an alert or notification. 6Changes

We may update the services and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above.

7Governing law
